The Califon Collaborative is a community-based organization supporting neurodivergent adults as they transition from young adulthood into life beyond high school.
We provide meaningful pathways toward independence
Our mission is to build confidence, develop practical skills, form lasting relationships, and grow into the next chapter of adulthood with dignity and belonging.
The Collaborative is not just a program — it is a community.
We believe independence grows when belonging is the foundation. Our mission is to create inclusive spaces where neurodivergent adults gain skills, confidence, and community, and move into the next chapter of adulthood supported, seen, and empowered.
